January 12 Short meditation guide
Find the way which fits you best to calm your mind completely. This can take time. For some it will take days and for some it will take mounths to learn how to calm your mind. But after a while you will be able to “stop” your thinking completely where ever you are. REMEMBER, that it is nothing wrong if you cant do this directly. If some thoughts come up, dont cling to them. Just try to let them pass away. This is normal. We live in a stressful world and many people have many thoughts in their head at the same time. After some times of practise, this can take months or years, you will feel the Qi flow in your body. Dont be sad if you dont feel this directly, be patience.
When you decide to stop.
AND VERY IMPORTANT, there is no meaning at all to force any form of meditaion. To force it will be like training something you know will hurt you.
When you have done this meditaion for a while you will be able to controle both your breath and some of your Qi.
