    Short meditation guide

    1. Calm your mind and body.
    2. Find a comfortable way to sit. Just see that your spine is straight and your face looking forward, this is neccary for the free float of the Qi. And your knees should be under your hips.
    3. Let your eyes close, not completely. If you keep them open the Qi can be blinded. But dont close them completely. Your Qi need some light.
    4. Relax your face and close your mounth and place your tounge just behind your upper front teeth. When your mouth is close your Qi will not slipout that way. And the place of the toungh will do so you dont need to swollow so much.
    5. Place your right hand in your left and let the top of your thumbs rest on each other. So there will be a circle. Let them there after rest in your knee and so your thumbs is placed just some few centimeters under your belly point.
    6. Then when you have find a comfortable way to sit, you can either count til ten and then start on one again or you can concentrate on listening to your breath.

Find the way which fits you best to calm your mind completely. This can take time. For some it will take days and for some it will take mounths to learn how to calm your mind. But after a while you will be able to “stop” your thinking completely where ever you are.

REMEMBER, that it is nothing wrong if you cant do this directly. If some thoughts come up, dont cling to them. Just try to let them pass away. This is normal. We live in a stressful world and many people have many thoughts in their head at the same time.

After some times of practise, this can take months or years, you will feel the Qi flow in your body. Dont be sad if you dont feel this directly, be patience.

    1. You should sit as long as you feel comfortable with it, or as long time you can. It is up to your self.

    When you decide to stop.

    1. Open your eyes and stand up slowly.
    2. You can then strech your body and walk around in the room or do some Tai Chi. But dont stand up quickly and run away. Just let the Qi you have recieved during your meditaion come out in your whole body.

AND VERY IMPORTANT, there is no meaning at all to force any form of meditaion. To force it will be like training something you know will hurt you.

When you have done this meditaion for a while you will be able to controle both your breath and some of your Qi.

And if something is unclear, please feel wellcome to send me a pm or a mail and i will do what i can to help you.
